Fermented dry, this full-bodied wine leaves you wanting more. Decant for several hours and experience, bright cherries and raspberries, and hints of eucalyptus with licorice, tobacco, cherry compote, and cassis. The finish lingers until your next sip. This wine evolves with decanting and would pair magically with prime rib or a tri-tip.

We combine the best of our vineyards in this wine. Each year our properties express themselves slightly differently, and our role is to take the best of what they give us and craft a truly exceptional wine. The Pocai Ranch generally brings power, boldness & dark red fruits, while our Fig Tree Vineyard provides the broadness and the layers of flavors and spice. We manage each site specific to its unique characteristics, with the goal of only producing the highest quality grapes and resulting wine.
The 2019 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of our best Cabernets from the vintage. Comprised of 41% Clone 15, 37% Clone 4, and 16% Clone 7 Cabernet Sauvignon. We use a combination of barrel and small tank ferments and focus on concentation and gentle tannin extraction for this wine. The wine is aged in our best French Oak barrels.
