Our Napa Cab is becoming a to-go wine for many Ballentine wine lovers. This is a fruit-forward wine, with dark fruit dominating the palate. Blackberry, blueberry, black cherry, and currants explode on the nose and palate. Hints of black olive, dark cocoa, eucalyptus complement the soft tannins and keep this wine balanced. This medium-bodied wine finishes with fig preserves and baking spices.

Pocai Vineyard

What a beautiful vintage! Pocai Vineyard has a way of expressing a fruit-forward California wine but also brings large tannins that are integrated to create a powerful yet elegant wine. Black cherry, raspberry, red apple, and fig meet clove, slight olive, tobacco, earl grey tea, and chocolate mousse are all found in this complex wine. This is a big, rich, and robust wine.

Beautiful lush Napa Valley Cab! Boysenberry, blackberry, rose petals, tobacco and violets combine to join rich smooth chocolate and maraschino cherry and hints of cinnamon. The wine has a lovely complexity and roundness which reminds us of blueberry compote with vanilla and graham cracker. Toasted cedar with rosemary complement a long finish.
