Plums and black currant lead this full-bodied concentrated wine. With herbaceous notes, baking spices, and mocha, the wine is lush with well-rounded tannins. A nice decant will open the wine and display all of the beautiful nuances.

A beautiful savory Napa Cabernet. Decant for several hours and experience, bright cherries and raspberries, and hints of eucalyptus with licorice, tobacco, cherry compote, and cassis. The finish lingers until your next sip. This wine evolves with decanting and would pair magically with prime rib or tri-tip.

Aging like a Barolo, this wine is still elegant and savory. This medium-bodied wine has dried spiced cherries, raspberries, dark chocolate, and rhubarb. Although tertiary characteristics have formed, this wine is still very fruit-driven.
Black cherry and fig compote with a beautiful floral nose complement the vanilla, cedar, and blueberry pie. A hint of coffee, toasted coconut, and huckleberries balance this full-bodied wine!
