The intertwined circles on our label were chosen to represent the marriage of Betty Pocai and Van Ballentine and their two family's vineyards and history joining. We select the best small lots for Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel from our historic vineyards each harvest. These wines are impeccably balanced – crafted to be elegant, distinctive experiences for any wine lover. The Reserve label is the most elevated in our wine portfolio.

Aromas of chocolate, rose, bergamot, cassis, blackberry pie, olive, and spice lead to a smooth palate of espresso, dark fruit, vanilla, and tobacco. Juicy, vibrant, elegant with a long finish. A nice decant will open the wine and display all of the beautiful nuances.
