Our first-ever bottled Rosé from Pocai Vineyard is vibrant and elegant, with a delicate light salmon hue. The palate is crisp and refreshing, showcasing bright acidity and flavors of raspberry, grapefruit, and rose water, with subtle mineral undertones. Our Zinfandel Port isn't made very often. We make a small selection of Zinfandel Port on occassion and keep it secret. Known to age and have extended drinking time once opened, don't be afraid to take a nip tonight and save the rest for another day.
2021 is a rustic, delicious zinfandel with sarsaparilla, dried cranberries, and raspberry jam. Fresh roses, strawberries, and dark cocoa bring this wine to life. The wine has well balanced acidity and an extremely long finish with lingering cherries and raspberries.
