Our first-ever bottled Rosé from Pocai Vineyard is vibrant and elegant, with a delicate light salmon hue. Aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and plum intertwine with hints of violet and spring blossoms. The palate is crisp and refreshing, showcasing bright acidity and flavors of raspberry, grapefruit, and rose water, with subtle mineral undertones. Floral notes of lemon verbena and orange blossom lead to a clean, lingering finish.
2021 is a rustic, delicious zinfandel with sarsaparilla, dried cranberries, and raspberry jam. Fresh roses, strawberries, and dark cocoa bring this wine to life. Toasted cashews and cherry liquor envelop the palate. Hints of eucalyptus and holiday spices bring savory, herbaceous notes to this medium-bodied wine. The wine has well balanced acidity and an extremely long finish with lingering cherries and raspberries.
