As farmers, we are proud to grow every grape in all of our wines. These wines are blended from our three Napa Valley vineyards, located in St. Helena and Calistoga.
Estate Wine
A medium-bodied wine with cherry cola, boysenberry, and lavender with hints of herbaceous aromas and dried fruit. This Napa Valley Merlot evolves into expresso, eucalyptus, and vanilla and lingers on the palate.

Estate Wine
Described by our Assistant Winemaker Angela Carvalho as "Calistoga Sunshine", this wine showcases bright red fruit all day. Red apples with cherry and raspberry flavors create a vibrancy on the palate that makes this wine fruit-forward. Figs, toasted nuts, holiday spices, and mocha come forth on the finish. This is a medium-bodied red, that can be enjoyed now or rested for a few years.

This is a fruit-forward wine, with dark fruit dominating the palate. Blackberry, blueberry, black cherry, and currants explode on the nose and palate. Black currant, raspberry, and cherry pair seamlessly with cigar box, leather, tobacco leaf, and subtle herbaceous. Hints of black olive, black tea, dark cocoa, and eucalyptus complement the soft tannins and keep this wine balanced. This medium-bodied wine finishes with fig preserves and baking spices. This is an elegant wine crafted to be enjoyed upon release but can easily hold up to age for another 7-10 years.

Each single vineyard wine is a unique and exemplary representation of the vineyard block selected. Honoring the Ballentine history, we farm several different grapes well-suited to the terroir. With three different vineyards in Napa Valley, we are able to make a diverse range of wines.
Fig Tree Vineyard
Elegant and lush, this single vineyard Malbec is everything we hoped it would be.
This medium-bodied wine is full on the mid-palate and opens up nicely with a few hours or a decant. Ruby hues with bright red raspberry, cherry, and strawberry with expresso, cedar, and vanilla notes. This wine is powerful and focused, yet elegant.
Fig Tree Vineyard
This limited-production single vineyard is a true gem. This Cabernet Sauvignon is full-bodied and is supported with abundant structure, creating a wine of remarkable depth. With floral aromatics and a lush body, the black cherry and plum are indulgent and intertwine with savory and herbal notes. Complexity builds with the presence of coffee and chocolate notes. This wine is rich and the finish lingers. This wine is an exceptionally crafted wine.
Betty's Vineyard
Fermented dry, this wine has floral aromatics with undertones of fruit blossoms. Lemon lime zest, peach, and nectarine, with hints of honeysuckle, basil, and almonds. This wine is light and refreshing with bright acid and minerals making one salivate and crave more.
Pocai Vineyard
The 2021 Cabernet Franc exhibits a bold structure, demanding attention. The wine is dark, concentrated and delicious. The initial notes of ripe strawberry and cherry offer a luscious sweetness, balanced by an earthly undertone that adds complexity. The mouthfeel is both smooth and tannic, filling the mouth with a pleasing roundness. Hints of clove emerge, providing a warm and spicy dimension. This wine's complexity is beautifully layered and offers a lengthy finish.

Reserve Wines
We select the best small lots from our vineyards each harvest for our reserve wines. These lots are then blended for impeccable balance and crafted to be elegant wines for any wine lover.
A floral bouquet meets red cherry, cranberry, french plums, and a hint of white pepper. Vanilla bean and raspberry jam meet toast leading to a lengthy and impactful finish. The integrated acidity and tannin elevate this wine to a reserve level.
