Described by our Assistant Winemaker Angela Carvalho as "Calistoga Sunshine", this wine showcases bright red fruit all day. Figs, toasted nuts, holiday spices, and mocha come forth on the finish.
Last year, this wine was voted a Smart Buy by Wine Spectator. When crafting this wine, we look for flavors of blueberry and raspberry syrup in the Zinfandel grapes to indicate ripeness. This vintage is exceptionally floral and jammy with classic flavors of black cherry, clove, and fresh rose petals. It is simply delicious.
