The heart of our portfolio, each wine is a unique and exemplary representation of the vineyard bloc selected. Honoring the Ballentine history, we farm several different grapes well-suited to the terroir. We curate the selection to delight our guests palates with our unique range of tastes.
After more than 100 years of farming experience in this vineyard, this is our first Cabernet Sauvignon to be labelled Pocai Vineyard. This inviting wine seduces with cherry and raspberry flavors and baking spice aromas, then allows its long, lush finish to be savored.
The inspiration for our frizzante style Malvasia Bianca is the great wines of the Moscato D’Asti region in Italy. There is a slight effervescence to the palate and fair amount of sweetness, but the profile is light, airy and refreshing.
The Wine Advocate
Our Pocai Vineyard is perfectly situated for growing Cabernet Franc. The wine has a vibrant color with flavors of boysenberry and blueberry and chocolate and rose petals. This is a seductive, fruit-driven wine showcasing incredible balance.
Fig Tree Vineyard
The overweight ballerina of our line-up. Broodish and unassuming, but when you see it perform you feel mesmerized. Loads of body and texture, and inviting dark blue fruits, leather, and flowers.
A house favorite and a definite crowd pleaser, this refreshing wine has flavors of citrus, pear, and apple. The perfect cocktail hour wine with a bright fruit forward finish.
